Divinol Asphalt Aqua PK is a water-miscible concentrate for the production of a release agent for rolled asphalt.
It is ideally suited for all types of asphalt rollers (rubber + combi).
The application occurs with a suitable spray device or with a brush.
Divinol Asphalt Aqua PK has proven excellent as a welding release agent. It effectively prevents the adhesion
of welding spatters. The emulsion is sprayed thinly onto the steel workpiece to be welded - or applied with
a cloth, after which the welding process takes place. Finally, any welding spatters or stains that may still
adhere slightly are wiped off easily.
for roller-compacted asphalt: approxx. 10 - 20 %
as release agent for welding spatters: approxx. 20 - 25 %
To receive an emulsion first add water, then add concentrate by stirring continuously
