As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no risk of formation of nitrosamines according to the current state of knowledge.
Furthermore, Zubora TLG is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines, i.e. if there are secondary amines and nitrite due to foreign carry-over e.g., no stable N-nitrosamines can be formed. Therefore, when exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611 a partial or complete change of the working solution is not necessary.

Zubora TLG is used as coolant solution especially for grinding cast iron, hardened- and tempering steel,
free cutting steel as well as non-ferrous heavy metals.
Additionally, it can also be used for easy up to medium difficult cutting operations as e.g. turning, milling
and drilling without any problems. Furthermore, Zubora TLG is suitable for grinding and milling of glass, ceramic and quartz.
Zubora TLG can also be used when the worked parts are cleaned by solvent cleaners afterwards.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
4 to 12° dH (70 - 210 ppm CaCO3).
