Extrusion oil for semi-hot shaping and cold massive forming for difficult forming operations, also starting from non-phosphatized material. Multipress PEK is mainly used for pre-drawing and calibrating drawing of high-strength as well as rust and acid resistant steels on single and multistage presses.
It is not suitable for non-ferrous heavy metals.
Although the settling of the pigments contained in Multipress PEK is low, we recommend to stir the extrusion oil especially after a longer stationary storage period.
