MetalCure® U30 Ink Series
Art-Nr.: MetalCure U30 FarbserieThe MetalCure® U30 Ink Series is a UV radiation curing ink series for sheetfed printing on coated metals, designed for medium pressure mercury vapour lamps. The ink series is characterised by its high gloss, extremely good scratch resistance and excellent flexibility. The adhesion properties on various basecoats set new standards due to the selection of state-of-the-art raw materials.
The modern ink formulation ensures outstanding printing properties and enables a reduction of the ink film to 1.2 g/m² with perfect adhesion of the closed ink film on different substrates.
For raw material selection and formulation of the MetalCure® U30 we considered the latest and future requirements and standards:
- Free from ITX, benzophenone, Irgacure 369, Irgacure 379 and TPO
- Free from BPA
- Free from TMPTA
- Free from PFAS, PFOA and PTFE
