More than 90% of the foodstuffs sold in Western Europe are packaged. Consumer protection demands that the packaging, including the printing inks and varnishes used on it, does not cause any contamination of the contents. This requires great care throughout the entire production process.
Zeller+Gmelin offers you low-migration, very good printable UV inks and coatings for high-quality printing of food packaging and labels. These are formulated in accordance with the Nestlé Guidance Note and the Swiss Ordinance SR 817.023.21 and do not cause food contamination.
