As the product does not contain any secondary amines, there is no risk of formation of nitrosamines according to the current state of knowledge.
As Zubora 57 H Extra is inhibited against the formation of nitrosamines no stable nitrosamines can be formed, even if there are any secondary amines and nitrites (e. g. due to external carry-over). Therefore, in case of exceeding the limit value for nitrite according to TRGS 611, it is not necessary to change the emulsion partially or completely.

Due to the high content of polar additives Zubora 57 H Extra can also be used for difficult machining operations. Due to the innovative formulation a high process security can be guaranteed.
It is suitable for machining of many materials from normal to hardened steel grades, aluminium
or cast iron materials.
Zubora 57 H Extra is designed for use in hard water and shows special foaming characteristics
with prepared water quality of more than 12° dH.
Recommended hardness of the preparation water:
12 bis 24° dH (210 - 430 ppm CaCO3).
